My name is Sonja and I am a yoga teacher, breathing meditation/mindfulness coach and have been a personal trainer for over 25 years.
Guest lecturer at training courses and retreats, expert in fitness, awareness and relaxation.
Our barefoot course offer: Space for relaxation: ( no previous knowledge required )
We start on Monday:
Multi-seater express / hip opening for a happy body center ( Mondays 5-6 pm )
Abdominal, legs, bottom strengthening & toning
Full body flow ( Mondays 18.30-19-30 h )
Tuesday:
Yogi-lates & Deep Stretch (Tuesdays 9.00-10.00 a.m. )
Wednesday:
Yoga - Morning Gold / Energy & Vitality / Breath-Work (Wednesdays 9.00-10.30 a.m.)
Hatha Yoga for more grounding, stability and inner strength ( Wednesdays 5.30-6.30 pm )
Vinyasa Flow for advanced practitioners ( Wednesdays 7.00-8.30 p.m. )
Thursday:
Back fitness class - happy heart & healthy back ( Thursdays 9.00-10.00 am )
Happy Heart & Healthy Back ( Thursdays 9.00-10.00 a.m. )
Men / Gentelman - Yoga ( Thursdays 17.30-18.45 and 19.00- 20.15 )

OFF TIME Especially in tense or challenging times, we need small islands of calm - not to escape, but to anchor ourselves.
Because our nervous system, our thoughts and our body long for moments of calm in which we can recharge our batteries.
Time out is then not an escape, but self-care.

Yin-Yoga a very calm and gentle yoga style for those seeking relaxation combined with Yoga Nidra and Breathwork
In this class, we use the powerful combination of conscious breathwork and the practice of yoga nidra ("yogic sleep") to achieve a state of deep relaxation.
What to expect:
- Breathwork: At the beginning, targeted breathing exercises cleanse and calm the nervous system and prepare the body and mind for relaxation.
- Yoga Nidra: We then glide into Shavasana [supine position] into conscious sleep, also known as "yogi's sleep with an awake mind", a guided deep relaxation that reduces stress and provides new energy.
- Effect: Experience the feeling of comprehensive regeneration - 30 minutes of yoga nidra can have the recreational value of several hours of sleep.
You leave the class feeling refreshed, focused and invigorated.
This course is suitable for anyone who wants to reduce stress, improve the quality of their sleep and find deep inner peace.
