My name is Sonja and I am a yoga teacher, breathing meditation/mindfulness coach and have been a personal trainer for over 25 years.
Guest lecturer at training courses and retreats, expert in fitness, awareness and relaxation.
As a yoga teacher, I want to make your awareness tangible, perceptible and recognizable.
It is very important to me,
to accompany people on their life journeys with spirituality, yoga and fitness.
For me, spirituality means being in the here and now.
