9.00 - 10.30 a.m. - Yoga - Morning Gold / Energy & Vitality / Breath-Work
17.30 - 18.30 - Hatha Yoga for more grounding, stability and inner strength
19.00 - 20.30 - Vinyasa Flow for advanced practitioners

9.00 - 10.00 a.m. - Back fitness class - happy heart & healthy back
17.30 - 18.45 - Men - Yoga
