I offer various massages in my studio:
- Singing bowl massage
- Lomi-Lomi-Nui-Massage (full body massage from Hawaii)
- Back massage / shoulder-neck massage
I also offer coaching sessions. I support people in challenging life situations. My coaching helps with stress, anxiety, lack of decision-making ability, difficulties in relationships.....
If you want to relax, you can take part in autogenic training or meditation.
