We all have a passion for something. This one is mine!
Hey, I'm Tina, prevention trainer, orthopaedic rehabilitation trainer, yoga teacher and sound therapist with my own cozy yoga room in Wistedt, south of Hamburg. Since 2020 I have been working for several associations, bringing movement into everyday office life and teaching Vinyasa Yoga.
I started doing sports at an early age, have been practicing yoga for about 15 years and learn something new every day. I want to pass on this enthusiasm for movement and its effects on body and mind and therefore on our overall well-being.

Participation is only possible after prior registration via Eversports. In case of no-show or cancellation without 12 hours' notice, a single ticket will be charged.
