Description
My offer includes personal training that is flexibly adapted to your everyday life:
- Mobile service: training at your home or in the great outdoors, in the park or on the sports field
- Individual training in your own small studio
- Swimming training: for all water-based training (e.g. crawl swimming) I use the Lindenbad in Halle, the outdoor pool in Werther or a pool of your choice
- Golf-specific fitness training: as a member of the Teutoburger Wald golf club in Halle/ Eggeberg, you can train with me in the club's own fitness room
