Pause in nature - meditation, perception and resilience
In the midst of nature, we create a space for conscious self-awareness, mental relief and new strength. Mindful walking, meditation and targeted physical exercises promote clarity, inner peace and resilience.
Nature serves as a mirror and resource. It helps us to stay centered, release tension and deal with challenging situations more calmly.
In addition to practical exercises, participants receive impulses from resilience research, learn about the interactions between body and mind and develop individual strategies for coping with stress in everyday life.
The 8-week courses offer a combination of theory, experiencing nature and group reinforcement - with the aim of anchoring new habits for the long term.
You can join at any time - we recommend attending the first course.
Remember to bring weatherproof clothing, something to drink and a mat so that you can make yourself comfortable while relaxing.
