In my yoga studio you can expect a sunny, light-flooded room of 40 square meters, with a high-quality wool carpet on which the mats lie. The room can accommodate 12 mats at maximum capacity. Everything we need for yoga is available: Mats, yoga cushions, wool blankets, blocks, belts, eye cushions, knee rolls, chairs, inversion stools. If you would like to bring your own mat (towel), you are welcome to do so.
Hot and cold water is available in the anteroom. There is a ladies' and men's toilet and a small kitchenette. Drinks should not be brought into the room. Cell phones may also be left in the checkroom.

I offer yoga in group and individual classes. The groups have different levels of difficulty and focus. There are groups with a specific focus on the back, pelvic floor, pregnancy, gentle or vigorous practice, breath deepening, meditation and relaxation.
