Hi, I'm Christian and I design individual training rooms where you can train safely, at your own pace and when you have time.

Do you know the feeling that your body has long needed a different pace than your calendar? You sit a lot, have responsibilities, little time - and feel that something is no longer running smoothly.

I will help you to become pain-free, powerful and clear-headed again, without detours and without constant trial and error. We work in a personal, structured and efficient way: a clear start, a training plan that fits in with your everyday life and sessions that have a noticeable effect. You regain freedom of movement, energy and confidence in your body.

I am Christian Siedler, a personal trainer and medical health coach based in Wedemark, Germany. With KRAFTQUELLE, I support people in the Hanover region in regaining physical stability, mobility and quality of life - individually, respectfully and practically.
