They will work with you to develop an individual training plan for the TECHNOGYM® Biocircuit™ - a circuit training area in a unique setting where you check in digitally just once and then train in a timed workout with the most innovative equipment that fully adapts to you and your body. You go through a full-body workout, guided from station to station, where you never have to stop or wait.
Is time not a critical factor for you and you want more flexibility? No problem on the TECHNOGYM® Biocircuit™ FREE training area! Here, free training is possible without supervision and can be gradually adapted thanks to TECHNOGYM's integrated AI (artificial intelligence).
All training devices - including those in the free workout area, of course! - synchronize automatically with your FiT APP.
