My yoga classes take place in the Yoga-Zentrum-Waldkirch (3rd floor) in the Gesundheitshaus Fabrik Sonntag, Fabrik Sonntag 5a, in 79183 Waldkirch, as well as online via Zoom.

In order for me to be able to provide you with professional care and support, it is recommended to use the video camera.
My basic courses teach the basics of hatha yoga and various breathing techniques (pranayama). The courses are aimed at beginners and experienced yoga practitioners alike. Different variations allow each course participant to practise individually according to their particular characteristics and abilities and in harmony with their respective life situation. The yoga exercises are practiced in conjunction with breathing. Self-awareness and breath awareness deepen. This enables us to face challenging life situations with greater calm and serenity and draw new strength. The techniques we learn can be easily incorporated into our everyday lives.
The necessary yoga equipment is available and can be used free of charge. However, you can also bring your own equipment.
Free parking and bicycle storage are available.
I also offer private lessons and individual yin therapy sessions for an extra charge.
