Description
In Gentle Flow, a gentle Vinyasa yoga style, we synchronize movement and breath. Gentle, flowing transitions between the asanas create a continuous sequence. Your body is strengthened and your nervous system calmed, creating "meditation in motion", which allows you to come into harmony with yourself and feel yourself.
Pranayama/breathwork - mindful and conscious breathing - flows into the classes with various breathing techniques to harmonize body, mind and soul, to create space and to grow inwardly.
My intention is to accompany you on your yoga path with joy and mindfulness. You are always welcome to join me and create a safe space for yourself - your time out from everyday life.
