Description

Recovery is not only worthwhile immediately after the postpartum period, you will also benefit from targeted training months and even years later!

In this course, you will receive a gentle but effective introduction to pelvic floor and postnatal training for women of all levels of experience. We combine targeted exercises to stabilize the pelvic floor muscles with conscious body awareness, breathing techniques and modern knowledge about physiology and health. You will learn how to safely activate your pelvic floor and core muscles, recognize any imbalances and strengthen them in the long term.

Every woman trains in harmony with her body and can adjust her intensity and progress individually. The exercises are structured in such a way that a gentle increase is possible depending on well-being, level of experience and goals.

...have already taken a postnatal course and want to build on this further
...took a postnatal course months or perhaps even years ago, but notice in everyday life that their center is not yet stable and strong.
