Fit with child
Every Monday from 10 - 11 a.m. - Indoor
Every Friday from 8.30 - approx. 10.30 - Outdoor with stroller training at various locations in Waldkirch and the surrounding area.
(only with registration)


This course is for moms and their babies from 3 months up to 1.5 years of age.

The aim is to get fit again together, strengthen the whole body including the pelvic floor and relax.

The baby can be integrated as desired, whether in a sling or as an extra weight. The children learn to strengthen their balance.
They can also train their motor skills on the play mat with toys.
You are also welcome to bring your little one's own favorite toys.
A yoga mat and something to drink are required for training.

The training is varied so that each training session is different and can be adapted to suit your needs.

It is an ongoing course.
