Description

1st course: Gentle Yoga - Movement and Balance from 17:15-18:45 (until April 16 only until 18:30)
No previous knowledge required. For beginners. Those returning to yoga. For all those who like it calmer.
Gentle yoga invites you to rediscover your inner and outer balance in a lovingly guided environment. In an atmosphere of mindfulness and appreciation, you will learn to consciously perceive your body and give it exactly the impulses that are good for it.
Gentle yoga combines gentle movements, simple yoga exercises and relaxed stretching positions. Some postures are held for longer (yin yoga) so that muscles and joints are gently stretched and your body can come to rest.
They promote flexibility, strengthen your muscles and train your body awareness at the same time. The asanas (exercises) are performed mindfully and slowly and can be individually adapted depending on what your body needs and what is good for you.
The course is particularly suitable for you if you want to do something good for yourself, stay flexible and calm down at the same time.
This course is a loving invitation to take time for yourself, to move and to find new strength, serenity and joie de vivre.

2nd course: Yin Yang Flow from 19:00 - 20:30
For all - beginners & advanced
Experience a soothing yin-yang flow that is suitable for all levels and invites you to bring your body and mind into a natural balance. In the first part, you can expect invigorating vinyasa sequences that get you moving powerfully, activate your breath and allow new energy to flow through your body. The dynamic transitions will give you warmth, lightness and a clear, vibrant presence.
In the second part, you will move into a gently flowing yin area in which you immerse yourself deeply in the postures. This creates space to let go - both physically and mentally. The calm, longer postures give you the opportunity to let go of tension, feel within and allow new expansiveness to arise in a pleasant stillness.
This course is an invitation to harmoniously combine devotion, activity and relaxation - so that you return from the course to your everyday life strengthened, centered and in deep peace.


You are welcome to bring your own mat or use the studio's mats free of charge. Yoga is best practiced barefoot and on an empty stomach. In the cold season, please bring warmer clothing and warm woolen socks.
