Wednesday: 18.00h Workout of the day (men), 19.00h, Workout of the day (women), 20.05 Abdominals, legs, bottom
Thursday: 08.30h Strong Body and Core, 17.00h Back training, 18.10h Back training, 19.20h More power
Friday: 08.30h Back exercise
