Description

At the Aikido and QiGong School Hödingen, you can get to the bottom of the secrets of Asian martial arts. The training atmosphere is characterized by mutual respect and good cooperation. In this protected environment, you can learn the basic keys: correct body alignment, inner balance and deep inner relaxation in all situations. These basic keys will accompany you on your way to a healthy, self-determined and happy life.

Aikido - what is it?

Aikido originates from the tradition of Japanese martial arts and their spiritual practices.
In Aikido training, you practise calling out your partner's attack in order to be able to lead your partner. In the words of the founder of Aikido, O Sensei Morihei Ueshiba, this is called "Inryoku no tanren" in Japanese.
According to the experiences of O Sensei Morihei Ueshiba, duality is overcome when you succeed in calling out the attack and leading your partner.
Aikido means working on yourself through your body. At the same time, Aikido is also a spiritual path.

The word aikido is made up of three characters (kanji). These have the following meaning:

Ai - unity - connection and love
Ki - The original energy that sustains the entire
universe
Do - The path

Therefore, a correct translation of the word Aikido is:
The way of unity with the love and energy that sustains the entire universe.

Aikido is anchored as a spiritual path in the tradition of Japanese martial arts.
Aikido came into this world through O Sensei Morihei Ueshiba (1883 to 1969).
Aikido is the loving protection of all living things - "Ban ju ai go".
Aikido dispenses with competitions and tournaments.
Instead, Aikido offers the opportunity to find peace and to become clear about one's own mission in life (Ten Mei) received from heaven.

L'Onde du Dragon - what is it?

Qigong originates from an ancient Chinese tradition. "Qi" means energy and "Gong" means techniques. Qigong is therefore the inner art of cultivating and circulating Qi.
When Qigong is combined with the Dragon Wave (L'Onde du Dragon), the energetic and therapeutic effects are multiplied.
As we can see from the great masters, the heart of QiGong and all internal Asian arts (Aikido, QiGong, Karate, KungFu, etc) lies in mastering the body and the flow of energy.
Unfortunately, many great masters do not reveal the keys to achieving this internal mastery.
At Onde du Dragon, our students receive these hidden keys exclusively and directly. This opens up the royal path of joy, transformation and health to students from the very first minute of their studies.
