Our relaxation courses, such as yoga nidra and hypno-meditation, are led by experienced trainers who will gently guide you on a journey to your inner self.

Online via Zoom:
- Tuesdays, 12:15 to 12:45 Hypno Meditation during the lunch break via Zoom (every 14 days)
- Wednesdays, 19:00 to 19:45 Yoga Nidra via Zoom (course starts March 26, 2025 - make a note now)
- Wednesdays, 20:00 to 20:35 Hypno Meditation in the evening via Zoom (weekly)
IMPORTANT: Please be prepared to use your camera for the online courses. A small section of your upper body is sufficient. Zoom offers the possibility to blur the background to protect your privacy.
In the studio:
- Mondays, 17:15 to 18:15 Yoga Nidra on site. The new course runs from March 31, 2025 to April 28, 2025 - register now and secure one of 12 places. The dates are structured so that you can also enjoy each one individually.
