HYROX:
HYROX is the perfect workout for anyone who wants to combine strength and endurance in a challenging but motivating format. In a mixture of functional exercises and running intervals, you train the whole body - from the leg and core muscles to the arms. Whether you are a beginner or an ambitious athlete, each session can be individually adapted to your level using different weights and exercise variations. Together as a group, we push ourselves to achieve our best performance and have lots of fun in the process. HYROX is not just a workout - it's a competitive feeling that will make you stronger and fitter every time.
Functional fitness:
This form of training does not train individual muscles in isolation, but entire joint and muscle chains. Speed, flexibility, strength, endurance, balance and coordination all play an important role. You train for an hour in small groups with qualified fitness trainers. Different intensities and exercise variations improve the fitness of each individual, so there is something for young to old and beginners to competitive athletes.
Kettlebell workout:
Training with kettlebells is a three-dimensional full-body workout without guided machines. This efficient fitness method trains the whole body in terms of strength, endurance, speed and agility using little time, space and equipment. The one-hour training session takes place in small groups (max. 9 participants). The class is led by a certified kettlebell coach.
