YIN Yoga classes: Mondays 17:00 h & 18:45 h
Training program/philosophy:
Yin Yoga is a gentle, meditative style of yoga. The exercises are held passively for approx. 3-5 minutes without muscle tension, using aids if necessary (functional approach) and aim to penetrate deep into the connective tissue, fascia, ligaments and joints. Blockages are released, meridian pathways are activated and energy is made to flow again. It serves as a balance for our hectic everyday lives. You achieve deep stretching and relaxation. Yin yoga has a regenerative, healing and restorative effect on the entire body and promotes your physical and mental well-being. Yin yoga is a wonderful complement to active yoga or other sports.
Hatha Yoga Flow classes: Tuesdays 17:00 h and 18:45 h
Training sequence/philosophy:
Initial relaxation, mobilization, breathing exercises, sun salutations with variations and different yang flows, standing postures, asanas, deep relaxation. The movements are connected with the breath. You decide whether you want to practise powerfully or gently. There is a focus for each class (e.g. neck/shoulder, heart opening, etc.) and each class also incorporates something about yoga philosophy.
Beginners, returners and intermediate students can join at any time.
