Kundalini Yoga with me takes place at HELo Events in Stuttgart Hofen every Monday from 18:00 - 19:30 and 20:00 - 21:30. Parking is available directly in front of the door (if the parking spaces are not occupied) and otherwise in the immediate vicinity. I always serve tea with the yoga classes. Mats and cushions are also available on site. The classroom is always open 15 minutes before the start of each class. Please do not eat anything 1.5 hours before yoga and please come in comfortable clothing. Yoga mats, sitting boxes etc. can be provided by me if required.
