The classes always have a theme and follow a flow - always with enough space for breathing exercises and stillness.
In our open classes, you will mainly find dynamic vinyasa yoga, occasional yin yoga, pregnancy yoga, postnatal yoga, children's yoga, family yoga and yoga for seniors.
We practice exclusively in small groups and ONLINE.
You will find us in Stuttgart North at Killesberg, in great premises: 60 square meters, new building, panoramic window U.V.M.
Stress-free arrival is guaranteed thanks to good public transport connections and free parking.
