Description
Pilates is a holistic training method developed by Joseph Pilates at the beginning of the 20th century. It combines breathing techniques, strength training, coordination and flexibility to strengthen the body and promote general well-being. Pilates is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels and can be adapted to the individual needs of each person. My training method is based on the six fundamental principles of classical Pilates (source: Academy for Sport and Health).
