Description

In my courses, you combine targeted mobility work with functional strength training. The mobility courses promote mobility, stability and body control in order to build a strong and resilient body. In the Functional Strength course, you train strength, coordination and body tension for everyday use. The handstand course focuses on shoulder stability, strength, balance and technique - from a solid foundation to a free handstand.

All courses are suitable for beginners.

In personal training, we work on your individual goals. I take a close look at your body, especially your weaknesses, and create a suitable training program for you.
