We are a medical training therapy center with the aim of offering individual training.
For a smooth process, please make an appointment when you come to us for the first time. Bring a large towel and a water bottle.
The basic instruction is provided using your Hansefit voucher worth €30
A comprehensive individual training plan costs an additional €50 For performance diagnostics for optimal training you get for €150
Then all you have to do is get started and have fun doing sports :)
