I am fascinated by the power of our breath and have therefore completed a Breathwork training course with a trauma-sensitive, holistic and somatically oriented approach. Breathwork acts like a key that releases stored tension in the body, regulates the nervous system and strengthens the immune system in the long term.
With me, you will find an open, safe space to work with your breath - whether in individual sessions, group sessions or other events. You don't need any previous experience, just the willingness to get involved. I hold the space for you, accompany you mindfully and invite you to trust your body, feel your emotions and get closer to your inner voice again. Your breath always picks you up exactly where you are - and gently guides you back to feeling, to the here and now.
