I offer forest bathing in small groups. Experience relaxation and health promotion in the fresh forest air
Forest bathing - "Shinrin Yoku" in Japanese - means spending time consciously and mindfully in the forest. It is not a sport, but a slow, sensual immersion in nature. The benefits are many and convincing.
I also offer Reiki sessions (2nd degree) as home visits. Here you can really relax in your own four walls, your place of well-being on my therapy couch, I bring everything you need for this.
