"Health is fun here!" - that is the motto of the Fitness & Health clubs. The focus is on the preventative aspects of fitness and health sports. The long-term maintenance and improvement of members' quality of life through targeted and needs-based training is therefore paramount. The basic concept is based on three pillars: targeted training, healthy nutrition and competent support.
The latest training equipment and electronic circuits are offered in state-of-the-art facilities. Special attention is paid to the unique support concept.

Before the first training session, an appointment for a consultation and an anamnesis must be made.
A transponder must be purchased once for 29.99 euros. The transponder, in combination with the Hansefit app, is used as an access medium and serves as a locker lock.
Services included in Hansefit are: strength and endurance training, eGym circuits and group courses. Additional services (e.g. drinks, personal training, other training or wellness products) can be purchased for a fee as part of an additional membership:
- 8.99 euros/month for drinks and regular training support (training planning and fitness checks)
- 12.99 euros/month "all inclusive"
