Thank you for discovering Yoga Space Konstanz! In the heart of the beautiful old town of Constance, I offer you a protected and peaceful space that goes far beyond the location. Here you will find time for retreat, relaxation from everyday life and a deep connection to yourself.
With Hansefit you can take part in the Yin Fusion yoga class, every Tuesday from 20:00 -21:30. A wonderful creation of yin yoga, slow flow, pranayama and meditation. Yin yoga is a passive yoga style that goes deep and promotes relaxation. Let go physically and mentally, calm your mind and stretch your connective tissue. We hold the asanas for several minutes. Open to all levels.

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the yoga session.
For cancellations at short notice (less than 24 hours before), I ask you to pay the course fee out of fairness - regardless of Hansefit (to be paid privately to fraukejaeger@yahoo.de).
