We offer professional functional training, athletic training and performance diagnostics for athletes, clubs and people interested in health. With individually tailored programs, we improve strength, endurance, flexibility and prevention - from beginners to competitive athletes.
Thanks to my qualifications as a qualified fitness economist and university-certified personal trainer as well as my experience with professional teams (including Die Recken, Hannover Scorpions, Hannover Indians, TuS Vinnhorst and Deutscher Tennis Bund), participants benefit from practical support at the highest level.

We take a holistic approach that goes beyond traditional training. Our aim is to give you more energy for your performance in everyday life or in sport. To achieve this, we combine functional training with holistic methods such as nutrition, regeneration training, breathing exercises, cold and heat stimulation, sleep optimization, mindset work and light hygiene.
