With us, you can train individually on modern smart trainers or together in motivating fitness classes. A varied program awaits you there:
-> Daily30 - a different 30-minute class every day,
-> Fatburner - maximum fat burning in intensive cardio units
-> Fit for Fun - where Jenny really heats you up
-> Pilates,
-> Mobility & Stretch - for more flexibility and less tension
-> Steffi Special - Steffi's extra class for health and fitness
-> Yoga with Carina
By purchasing an opening card (one-off €30), you can also train beyond opening hours from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day - even on Sundays and public holidays!
