Welcome to the mindfulness studio!

(M)a space for you - your time to be.

This place invites you to arrive, perceive, feel, discover, experience and unfold.

Learn to approach yourself and the world with mindfulness. Begin or deepen your mindful yoga and meditation practice. Experience the holistic, beneficial effect of mindfulness in the open classes, closed courses (MBSR), specials & workshops or in unique, private events - for adults, children & babies.

This is not about performance, but about awareness, inner peace and a loving relationship with the world.

And we value you as a human being and all dimensions of diversity - age, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion & world view, nationality & migration history, social background, physical & mental abilities.

What you can expect:

Yoga - powerful, dynamic or gentle, flowing movements that harmonize body, mind & heart
Meditation - find inner peace, deep relaxation and new clarity
MBSR - the 8-week program for stress management through mindfulness

All offers are available as open group sessions, private individual training sessions or as a special company event!

Vision and lived values

In the mindfulness studio, I create a space in which people can calm down, feel and remember what really matters.

A place where mindfulness can be experienced - in the body, in the breath, in the mind, in each other.

My work is based on the five mindfulness exercises of Buddhism.

They are my inner compass and an expression of an attitude that brings connectedness, compassion and awareness into life.

1. respect life

I treat all living things with respect - myself, others and the earth.

2. live generosity

I practise sharing without losing.

I choose simplicity over abundance, gratitude over scarcity.

3. speak truthfully

I choose words that connect and silence when it is more healing.

4. love in freedom

I nurture relationships based on trust, respect and awareness.

5. live consciously

I nurture body and mind with what gives life - breath, food, movement, stillness.

For me, mindfulness means experiencing life in its depth -

awake, loving and connected.

My approach

I combine psychological knowledge, modern mindfulness practice and holistic methods to support you in letting go of stress and inviting more contentment into your life.
