I teach live and online YinYoga, autogenic training, progressive muscle relaxation and Yoga Nidra in a private studio in Schrobenhausen.
For mental health, I also offer psychological/systemic counseling and breath/body work.
For deep relaxation, I offer singing bowl massages on site. An appointment is necessary for this.
