The bright, wheelchair-accessible exercise room in Sulgen Mitte offers around 50 m² of space for groups of around 10 participants. In this calm and personal atmosphere, the focus is on one goal: to remove the basis for pain, poor posture and tension in the long term.
Fascia training invites people between the ages of 16 and 80 to rediscover their own body awareness. Through conscious, flowing movements, participants learn to develop their movements more freely, release tension and rediscover the body's natural alignment.
As their awareness grows, they develop a clear presence in their own body: movements become lighter, more elastic and more harmonious. Step by step, you develop a finer sense of what healthy movement feels like and which impulses are really good for your body.
