LAUFMAMALAUF offers a suitable course program for all (expectant) moms. For every fitness level, for every stage of life: fitness with baby/child, fitness for pregnant women, high intensity workouts in the evening and dance fitness.
Our aim is to provide women with holistic care and support them in improving their physical, mental and social well-being.
We train outdoors all year round, with a roof for rainy days.
