Kempo Arnis is a mixture of the traditional Ryukyu Kempo Karate, the Philippine Modern Arnis and the Israeli KAPAP - KRAV MAGA. This martial art offers an excellently developed program that focuses on self-defence at the beginning. The very effective techniques can be learned quickly and offer an ideal platform for civilians, police, security and military personnel. At the beginning, the focus is on unarmed use. This is later supplemented by the use of weapons and combined in all areas. In the subsequent levels, the fighting techniques become more advanced and technically more demanding. By constantly practicing free fighting (up to full contact), the striking technique is dynamically promoted. Furthermore, applications from the katas and the SV area are combined with fitness training.

In our second division, we practise kickboxing in the style of Kempo Arnis for all soport enthusiasts and for those who want to really work out.

Our dojo offers the perfect setting for this. We have a lounge area, a corssfitarea and over 100 square meters of mat area. Changing rooms and toilets are available.
