In attractive yoga rooms in Salzkotten, I offer participant-oriented Hatha yoga classes in various courses. Mats and blankets are available as well as aids (bolsters, blocks, meditation cushions and straps).

Depending on the course, you can practise in a flowing and dynamic or gentle and calm way. I often offer you variations or alternatives in the yoga poses. I teach with a lot of joy, a pinch of humor, often profound, but always down-to-earth.

Of course, individual yoga lessons are also possible.
