Vinyasa Flow
Whether you prefer flowing and dynamic or calm and relaxing. There is something for everyone. My classes are suitable for every level - you will be picked up exactly where you are.
Come onto the mat, take a deep breath and find your balance again. 🧘♀️✨
Participation in one class is free of charge. Participation in both classes is possible with an additional payment of €6.
