Hello, I am Andrea Brandes.
As an assertiveness and resilience trainer, I help children and adults to regain their own strength - physically, mentally and emotionally.
My work focuses on the nail board - a special form of bodywork.
By activating thousands of nerve endings, it takes you out of your head and back into your senses. Stress is released, inner peace emerges and you reconnect with yourself.
I work with individuals, small groups and companies.
In individual sessions, I support you in releasing stress, fears or inner blockages and in feeling more clarity and strength in your life again.
Group sessions create space for shared experience, growth and connection - for more trust and ease.
I also support teams in reducing stress, gaining clarity and strengthening cohesion.
At events and health days, the Nagelbrettstraße becomes a special experience for courage, focus and team spirit.
As a Hansefit member, you receive a discount of €12 on every session.
The private co-payment depends on the respective format, e.g. for workshops or group offers with a small personal contribution. You can find the exact prices directly in the respective offer.
