Description

Ashtanga yoga is a wonderful way to find strength, flexibility and relaxation. The combination of breathing and movement provides energy and serenity. Regular practice noticeably improves awareness of body and mind. Everyday life becomes much more lively and fulfilling in a fascinating way. I would like to share this experience with you.
