Yoga is a holistic exercise system to bring body, mind and soul back into harmony.
Our Hatha Yoga courses include
Asanas - postures
Pranayama - breathing exercises
Shavasana - (final) relaxation
Dhyana - meditation/ positive thinking
The exercises are adapted to the practitioner so that every participant can take part in our Hatha Yoga classes.
We have yoga mats and accessories in the studio which can be used, but if you prefer to use your own mat etc., that is also no problem.
You need: comfortable clothes and something to drink
