Description

We have been offering professional running courses for beginners and advanced runners since 2016.
Injury-free training is at the forefront of all courses. That's why the courses are designed to be varied and it's not just about racking up the kilometers. We train basic endurance, speed, coordination and strength. Stretching at the end of the course is always included to promote mobility and prevent injuries.
There are 3 open running courses per week with different levels. For these 3 courses you should already be able to run for 45-60 minutes at a stretch. Otherwise you are better off in the beginners' running course.
The courses are always continuous and you can join at any time.

Mondays 19:00 - 20:00
Endurance run pace 6:30 -7:30 min/km. The "medium" course. A bit of everything. Ideal for preparing for a 10 km run or half marathon.

Wednesdays 18:00 - 19:00
Endurance run at a pace of 7:30 - 8:30 min/km. Here you are in good hands directly after the beginners' running course and if the pace is not so important to you. Mainly basic endurance training, combined with strength and technique.

Thursdays 19:00 - 20:00
Endurance run at a pace of 6:00 - 7:00 min/km. This is the right place for you if you are a keen runner. You like fast units and want to improve. We alternate between interval training and technique training every 2nd week. Ideal for preparing for a half marathon or marathon.
