You don't feel like going to a boring gym with mindless pumping? You don't know what to do in the gym anyway, so you always do the same and in case of doubt you just go through the equipment or are more on your cell phone than working out? You don't have any training successes and you don't know if you are doing the exercise correctly because there is no trainer to be seen far and wide? Then it's time for you to change something!
CrossFit is a high intensity training method with elements of dead weight exercises, gymnastics, weight lifting and endurance sports. We train in small groups with a maximum of 10 people under the supervision of trained CrossFit coaches. The trainers explain and demonstrate the exercises, make sure they are performed correctly and motivate you to go beyond yourself. The intensive workouts are adapted by the trainer to your exact fitness level. If you have never done sports before or if your fitness level is rather poor - then you have come to the right place. CrossFit seems at first to be something only for professionals and super athletes - WRONG! CrossFit is made for everyone, no matter what age or fitness level!
A training session lasts just 60min. So if you train 2 times a week, your time commitment is just 2h per week. A commitment of just 2h per week and your fitness progress will be enormous! You will become faster, stronger, more flexible, more efficient, you will become more self-confident and the pounds will fall off all by themselves. You will start to see progress after just 2-3 months!
We don't need to kid ourselves, CrossFit is hard, but where in life do you have success without blood, sweat and tears (okay blood and tears are exaggerated ;) - but sweat you will definitely!).
