The Rendsburger Fitness- und Kraftsport Club was founded back in 1985, making it one of the first fitness clubs in Schleswig-Holstein. The club has been a member of the German Bodybuilding and Fitness Association Schleswig-Holstein since December 2015.
Today, the club offers a wide range of training options and equipment on three levels. Whether young or old, beginner or advanced, fitness, weight training or endurance - there is something for everyone. If you are looking for training in a familiar "old school" atmosphere, this is definitely the place for you.
The family atmosphere is characteristic of the club. Everyone knows everyone, everyone is on first-name terms and after training you can enjoy a freshly prepared protein shake at the bar.
The barrel club takes place once a year. This event is all about bench pressing in various weight classes. Here, too, there are classes for beginners through to athletes.
A free trial training session is possible at any time by appointment.
