Everyone receives a health or fitness check on their first visit. We offer individual group training, supervised by experienced therapists and trainers. Health sports and spinal gymnastics as well as aqua training with individual training time, circuit training that is individually tailored to you. There is a consultation beforehand and a functional and performance test can be carried out on request. Especially those who have minor complaints or too much stress are in good hands here.
