With the support of a physiotherapist, sports scientist, sports and fitness specialist or personal trainer present in the Physio-Active room, they can ask questions, receive guidance or adapt their training plan at any time. A previous training briefing to create your individual training plan, taking into account your current health & fitness status and your goals, is a prerequisite in our health training area. We are also happy to support you with targeted nutritional therapy with our trained nutritional therapist and dietician.
