From 01 August 2025, access to the Waldfreibad must be made via the Hansefit app.
There will no longer be any refunds for admission from this date.
Until 31 July 2025:
Hansefit members pay the entrance fee for a day ticket on site.
Please send the receipt to cashback@hansefit.de with the following details: first name, surname, date of birth, name of employer and bank details.
Entrance fees are usually refunded once a month from the 20th
Only single receipts will be refunded, no 10 or annual tickets!
