With over 30 years of experience in physiotherapy, I know that many people invest too little in their bodies as long as they can just about manage. There's often an expectation that others will do something for them—for example, a massage—instead of taking an active role themselves. This "just do it" mentality leads to frustration, discomfort, and stagnation in the long run.
