Since 2016, Lauftraining Karlsruhe has stood for running success and fun in training.
No matter what goal you are pursuing, we will accompany you on your way.
Do you want to do something for your health and fitness?
Do you want to get faster and achieve new best times?
Then you've come to the right place!
We pass on our many years of experience and enthusiasm for running in numerous running courses and private training sessions.

Whether you are a beginner or a professional - we can help you with the basics as well as optimize the finer points to achieve even better & results.

Our locations: Karlsruhe, Pfinztal Berghausen and Ettlingen - we look forward to seeing you!

Location Pfinztal Berghausen (the meeting point is at the Pfinztalhalle, Am Stadion, 76327 Pfinztal. If it rains: please walk 50 m towards the canteen, it is covered there).

Tuesdays, 17:30 - 18:30,
Beginners' course II, for runners who can run for 30 minutes at a time and want to develop further. The pace does not play a role in this course, we train in a varied way with the aim of further developing our basic endurance and fitness.
Goal: 60 minutes of running in one go
Participation: ongoing course, participation possible at any time

Healthy running - the running course for beginners and those returning to running
Have you always wanted to run, are really motivated and now want to achieve your goal in a group?
Then the beginners' running course I is just right for you!
We start with running and walking breaks and in just 10 weeks you should be able to run for 30 minutes with a smile on your face.
Target group: Running training especially for beginners and those returning to running, no running experience or endurance is required.
Participation: closed course, please register in advance at kontakt(at)lauftraining-karlsruhe.de
Extras: all participants receive a training plan for their own weekly training. We recommend a further two running sessions per week (40 minutes each).
