From 7.5.25 - 23.7.25 10 x YOGA! for Heroes: inner and outer strength (except June 11 and 18)
This is a successive course. Beginners welcome if you come from the 1st session.
In this course you will strengthen your muscles, but also build mental strength to e.g. dare to tell your boss that you can't stay late today because you have an appointment (Yoga 😍)
The abdominal muscles in particular are so important to be able to relax your troubled neck and shoulders. Strong feet protect you from injuries and give you great support and stability - which also boosts your self-confidence.
Thursday and Monday at 16:30 there are also online components to this course.
The physical exercises will make your movements more supple, pain and tension will be relieved and can disappear. We also work with fascia balls.
It is important to me that you develop a good sense of your body, avoid unnecessary tension through good posture and learn how to deal with stress in everyday life and stay relaxed. Yoga is also a lot of inner work - you don't see it at first glance, but it will take you much further than physical exercises alone.

Registration is welcome, but it is possible to come without registration - however, neither a place and/or balls are guaranteed, nor is notification possible in the event of cancellations.
The course takes place in the gymnastics room of the municipal music school (separate entrance, on the left below the Ilz).
Toilets and changing rooms are available. Please bring your own mat and blanket and/or cushion.
