I teach yoga in Schapen in the Melanchthonhaus, surrounded by the beautiful Bürgerpark with its old trees and historic buildings.
In my classes, you can come back to yourself and escape the stress of everyday life.
All asanas are exclusively for you. You can adapt them to your body at any time, so that everything can, but nothing has to.
The yoga classes take place in small groups with a maximum of 12 participants. Please contact me if you would like to take part in a course or if you would like to know when the next course starts.
To ensure that a place is available for you in a course, it is essential that you register in advance.
I also offer gut health consultations and omega-3 fatty acid analysis. As a Hansefit member you get a discount on these services.
