Description
Dragon boat paddling at WSV Osnabrück
The Osnabrück water sports club offers Hansefit members the opportunity to join the dragon boat team!
Dragon boats are large, slim canoes in which up to 18 paddlers paddle together in rhythm - it's all about team spirit, coordination and fun on the water.
Training takes place on Mondays and Fridays (summer time) at 18:00 at the Eversburg boathouse and lasts about an hour. Training takes place on the calm Stichkanal, accompanied by a trainer or helmsman.
For newcomers, there is an introduction to safety and paddling technique so that everyone can get out on the water safely and in a relaxed manner.
Bring along:
- Comfortable sportswear
- Change of clothes (optional)
Participation is flexible - individual dates are also permitted.

Please note:
- Company sports groups can pay via Hansefit (if all members are Hansefit users).
- For other participants, training costs €12 per session.
- Hansefit use is only valid for dragon boat training, not for other club offers.
- All participants must be able to swim at least 100 meters in sportswear.
- Participation only after prior confirmation.
